Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion (chopped)
4 ounces cans tomato sauce
2 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
Brown rice in oil using a 4 quart sauce pan Add chopped onion, minced garlic and cumin.
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth Bring to a boil-- reduce heat to low-- cover and cook for 15 mins.
