Ingredients

  • 4 Italian tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh black pepper

Directions

  • Put tomatoes side by side in a baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and with salt and pepper.
  • Cook in a preheated oven of 450 F for about 50 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and skin is lightly folded.
